Mutton - 750 gms
Yogurt - 150 grams
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp

(For gravy)
Mustard oil - 2 tbsps
Sharp leaves- 2
Black cardamom -2
Green cardamom - 4
Cinnamon-1
Clove-3
Dry red chilli-4
Sugar-1 tsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger-1 tsp
Onion - 200g
Tomatoes- 125 grams
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Paprika - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Water - 300ml
Hot masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - for garnish

Method:

1. First, mix 750 grams mutton, 150 grams of curd, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 tbsp of mustard oil and keep it for 3-4 hours to be merined.

(For gravy)

2. Now add 2 tbsps of mustard oil, 2 sharp leaves, 2 black cardamom, 4 green cardamom, 1 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 4 dry red chillies, 1 tsp sugar in the cooker and mix well.

3. Then add 1 tsp garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
4. After this add 200 grams onion and cook until light brown and then add 125 grams tomatoes until it becomes soft.
5. Now mix 1 tsp turmeric and mix the spicy chicken and then after adding 2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp pepperica, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp salt and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
6. Then it contains 300 ml Mix the water and apply the lid to keep 7-8 seats.
7. After this add 1/2 tsp hot masala, 2 tbsp lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes.
